Primecare Dyslexia Assessment (3 hour)
- The evaluation is carried out by our psychologist. We will share the overall situation of the child and introduce the evaluation process with the parents before the evaluations.
- Suggest children to undergo an intelligence assessment before further assessment of dyslexia.
Intelligence Quotient Assessment Tools:
- Provide Specific Learning Difficulties Assessment [HKT-P(II)] (Primary) or [HKT-JS(II)](Secondary School)
- Parents interview and discussions on the assessment results, suitable treatment suggestions will be given to parents
Intelligence Quotient Assessment Procedure:
- Psychologist analyses the situation of the child
- Arrange an appropriate assessment plan
- Conduct an assessment
- Provide a report
- Discuss with parents on the assessment result
- Provide referrals to the Education Bureau or the Central Kowloon Child Assessment Centre (CAC) operating under the Department of Health for services (if necessary)
General Terms:

- All plans are only applicable to one person and only once, and cannot be exchanged to cash or converted to other products and services.

- All examination/assessment plans are provided by Primecare Paediatric Wellness Centre.
- In case of any disputes, health.ESDlife and Primecare Paediatric Wellness Centre reserve the right of final decision.
Validity:
- The valid period is 6 months from the day of order.
