- After the successful payment, client will receive a confirmation email from health.ESDlife and client will be contacted by Union Health Maintenance Centre within 2 working day for the confirmation of booking date and time. Client can also query your transaction in the next working day. (General Enquiry Hotline: 2608 3170)
- Client must present his / her identity document and the print-out of order confirmation email on the appointment day.
- The healthcheck package is valid for six months (from the date of purchase) or it will be forfeited.
- The purchase cannot be altered or refund after the confirmation of order.
- Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be ready around 7-10 working days (excluding Sunday and public holiday). A delay in processing some requests due to the following reasons: 1. Some items take more turnaround time for test; 2. The specific selective timslot requested by client.
- All health screening test or examination is for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment
- health.ESDlife and Union Health Maintenance Centre reserve the right of final interpretation.
Validity

Report

B. Mainland or Overseas Clients
(1) Face to face report explanation & self-pick up: in person or an authorized family member of friend
(2) Call report & self-pickup: in person or an authorized family member of friend
(3) Call report & post by mail with additional charges. (Client should take the responsibility for the risk of mailing report.)
