Established in 2016, Hong Kong Children Association Limited (HKCA) is an organisation providing children's education and rehabilitation services, dedicated to providing professional assessment, counselling and treatment services to children and parents with different needs. We are committed to providing professional assessment, counselling and therapy services for children and parents with different needs, so that children can live a fuller life and realise their inner talents and potentials. In addition, we provide professional training, parenting seminars and parent-child activities for various organisations, schools, groups and companies to promote parenting, emotional education and other effective parenting skills.
Terms and Conditions on child development assessment services:
- After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, Hong Kong Children Association Limited (HKCA) centre will call customer to schedule the appointment within 2 working days. Customer can call Whatsapp centre to arrange booking (Whatsapp 5118 2852).
- Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letters upon registration.
- The assessment service is suitable for 18 months to 12 years old children who are suspected of having speech and language development problems.
- The assessment service is only valid for one month from the date of purchase. After which, the confirmation letter will not be accepted.
- No refund is allowed once the Order has been confirmed.
- The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discount coupons and cash vouchers.
- Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in 7-10 working days.
- All child development assessment service is not intended to substitute medical diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
- The child development assessment service does not include individual or group follow-up treatment services.
- No priority services for child that wishes to continue for treatment services.
- Each child can only enjoy the promotion price of assessment service once.
- In case of disputes, Hong Kong Children Association Limited (HKCA) and health.ESDlife reserve the right of the final decision.
