Altech Computer started in the year 2008 with more than 10 years of local distribution experience in Hong Kong and Macau Region. We are the one of the fastest growing company specialized in distributing computer and consumer products.
We distribute high-quality consumer products of superior brands such as Razer, Qnap, BenQ, etc. We also distribute the smart pet brand HHOLOVE and body composition analysis brand Inbody.
Terms & Conditions
General Terms:
- Items sold are non-refundable.
- The products are supplied by Altech Computer System Ltd.
- If in case of any dispute, Altech Computer System Ltd and Health.ESDlife reserve the right of final decision.
Warranty:
- The quality assurance for products should have 1 year validity from the date of receipt by the customer.
- The product warranty service includes parts failure under normal use during the warranty period.
- Maintenance service does not include accidents, sabotage, fall, damage caused by improper installation or operation.

Delivery Terms:
- Free local delivery service will be provided upon transaction amount of HK$500. For spending less than HKD$500, HKD$50 delivery fee will be charged.
- $150 surcharge will be applied for shipment to Tung Chung, Airport and Ma Wan.
- $250 surcharge for Discovery Bay.
- $50 surcharge per floor without lift facilities.
The first 3 steps are exempted from fees, and walking 15 steps or below is counted as one floor. - $50 surcharge per 50 meters for delivery location is 100 meters away from the parking location.
- We will arrange the shipment within 3-7 working days after the order is confirmed. (Mon to Fri, except for Public Holidays). Delivery time is 11am - 6pm.)
- Please note that the delivery time will be affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, traffic or the weather.
- All order confirmations are subject to stock availability. In the event of the unavailability of the requested products, health.ESDlife has the right to reject the order and notify customers by phone or email before delivery for rearrangements.
Exchange Policy:
- Customers are responsible to check the condition of goods received at the time of delivery. Once confirmed, no replacement is accepted.
- Products shall be kept in the original package with good conditions for return or exchange. Products that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- If any other defective or missing item is found, customers are required to keep the original receipt and contact Altech Computer System Ltd Customer Service Department via the below channels within 3 days from the date of delivery.
